Daicraft is the trading name of DAI CRAFT CO., LTD., a software studio based in Bangkok, Thailand. For purposes of the PDPA, the data controller is DAI CRAFT CO., LTD. (TAX ID 0-1055-59144-80-0), registered head office at 88/68 Phattara Village, Soi Ram Inthra 5, Ram Inthra Road, Anusawari, Bang Khen, Bangkok 10220. Language preference: to deliver the site in your chosen language across visits. Email: to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential engagements. We rely on consent (PDPA Section 19) for storing your language preference, on legitimate interest (PDPA Section 24(5)) for responding to inquiries you send us, and on legal obligation (PDPA Section 24(6)) for retaining server logs. เราอาศัยฐาน "ความยินยอม" (มาตรา 19 ของ PDPA) ในการเก็บภาษาที่คุณเลือก ฐาน "ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย" (มาตรา 24(5)) ในการตอบกลับคำถามของคุณ และฐาน "การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย" (มาตรา 24(6)) ในการเก็บบันทึกของเซิร์ฟเวอร์

Language preference: until you clear it from your browser. Email correspondence: 12 months from last contact, unless an engagement begins, in which case it is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 5 years to satisfy Thai tax and contract record requirements. We do not sell or share your personal data for advertising. Server logs reside with our hosting provider under their data processing agreement. Under the PDPA you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, port, and object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@daicraft.com. If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, contact us first at hello@daicraft.com.
